Ready to Swim?

Beginner Level

This course is designed for absolute beginners who have little to no experience in the water, as well as those who may have a fear of swimming and want to gain confidence. What to Leran: This course is the first step toward becoming a confident swimmer. It focuses on mental and physical preparation to help you enjoy being in the water with ease. Recommended Timeline: - 6 - 12  Lessons (depending on individual progress) Training Modes: - Personal 1 to 1 training. - Personal 2 to 1 Training.  Training Location: Trainer will reach you at your own Community or building pool or Train at one of our partner pools or beach near your location. Training Types: - Kids Training. - Adults Mixed Training. - Adults Ladies Only. Course Included: All Training equipment needed. Wall Certificate upon completion. Course excluded: Personal training equipment ( Swimming googles, Swimming suit and Swimming Cap).

Intermediate Level

For Who: For swimmers who have completed the beginner level or those who can float in the deep water, submerge, and move through the water but need to refine their technique. What to Leran: This course prepares swimmers to swim confidently and efficiently while focusing on technique, breathing, and endurance. It’s the gateway to more advanced swimming styles and open-water swimming. we follow a very Safe Practices for Swimming in Pools & Open Water.​​ As well you will be able to do Treading Water & Staying Afloat for Long Periods, How to Handle Unexpected Situations in Water deep and open water, Learn the Freestyle Stroke technique and Increase of your endurance and fitness level.​ Recommended Timeline: - 12 - 24 Lessons (depending on individual progress) Training Modes: - Personal 1 to 1 training. - Personal 2 to 1 Training. Training Location: Trainer will reach you at your own Community or building pool or Train at one of our partner pools or beach near your location. Advanced Level

For Who: This course is designed for swimmers who have mastered freestyle and want to improve efficiency, endurance, and technique while learning new strokes skills and techniques. What to Leran: This course is designed to refine technique and introduce new strokes while focusing on power, speed, and efficiency in the water, as your improvement will include an Enhanced freestyle stroke efficiency and Advanced breathing techniques. - Better body positioning and hydrodynamics. - Increased stamina for longer swimming distances. Also a adding a new Skills to your swimming like the breaststroke technique and the backstroke technique. Recommended Timeline: - 12 - 24 Lessons (depending on individual progress) Training Modes: - Personal 1 to 1 training. - Personal 2 to 1 Training. Training Location: Trainer will reach you at your own Community or building pool or Train at one of our partner pools or beach near your location. Master Level

For Who: For advanced swimmers looking to push their limits, refine their skills, and learn the most challenging stroke—the butterfly. What to Leran: This is the ultimate level for swimmers aiming for peak performance, competition preparation, or perfecting all four strokes. In this level will focus on - Enhancing endurance and stroke efficiency. - Mastering advanced breathing techniques. - Improving speed and power in freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke. Perfecting flip turns and open turns for smooth transitions. - Learning the butterfly stroke for maximum power and rhythm - Mastering advanced starts and turns. - Developing explosive power and sprint techniques. - Advanced open-water swimming techniques (optional) Recommended Timeline: - 12 - 24 Lessons (depending on individual progress) Training Modes: - Personal 1 to 1 training. - Personal 2 to 1 Training. Training Location: Trainer will reach you at your own Community or building pool or Train at one of our partner pools or beach near your location. Training Types: - Kids Training.
